"Add BCC" is a "CommuniGate Pro" plugin.
"Add BCC encode plug-in" adds original mail's Bcc address to it's header.
"All of original mail's RCPT TO-addresses" is added to header "X-enc-rcpt".

For the administrator, all the address transmitted with BCC are readable.
"Add BCC encode plug-in" is free of charge!

If you install the plug-in successfully, then "Add BCCdecode plug-in" is necessary to read the added mail adress.

This Plug-in is used for limitation or surveillance about the number of recipients in one mail.

CommuniGate Pro Plug-in "Limit RCPT" counts the number of "RCPT TO" in the envelope of a mail.
And it has the function that adds original header line(X-limit-rcpt:) to header.

Since it counts in BCCs also, you can know the true number of recipients.

The counted number is recorded in the log of the CGP server. Only Administrator can check it.

If you use it with rules, the CGP is able to forward it to the administrator when the sent mail had too much recipients. The administrator is able to investigate the sender or the sent time easily by it.

This function is useful to use for SOX.

Also you can use this Plug-in for checking of SPAM's number of recipients. Also you can specify the rule on one account.

This plug-in is used for inspection of mails.

This plug-in saves mails temporarily@into local disk. Inspector is able to send that mail when he(she) feels that is OK after the inspection.

You are able to specify the rule for the inspection target.

ex.
*New employees only.
*Specified customer only.

This plug-in can not be used more than number of mails that are not able to check by a human.
This plug-in can not be used on the clustered CGP.
